1:25 p.m. – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department mounted patrol officers Chad Pryce, with horse Abel, Lorie Phillips, with horse Buzz, and Ivy Craney, with horse Ramsey, ride down N. Bradley Avenue in Indianapolis on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019. According to the officers, the area has seen a recent increase in property crime. “We just wanted to ride through today to be visible,” they said. “We like to be approachable and want to talk with residents.”
